Home Nursing & Home Patient Care
• To Maintain Personal Hygiene to the patient
• Check the vital Signs periodically
• To provide oral/RT Feeding to the patient
• Administered medication as per Doctor’s order • To provide comfort position to the patient
• To maintain records & Reports to the patient home
